Who Should Attend

This course is for anyone interested in becoming a more effective organizational member by increasing their understanding of how organizations work as well as some of the most important motivators of human behavior.

The course is especially beneficial for women who have not had extensive exposure to leadership models, organizational behavior frameworks, and theoretical models of employee motivation.     Students will complete a:

    • Leadership style self-assessment
    • Self-assessment on effectiveness in working with others
    • A survey of their organization’s culture and climate
    • Personal branding campaign
