Who Should Attend

This introductory course is designed for government, military, and contractor professionals across all agencies and job functions who want to learn how to use Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity, streamline administrative work, support analysis, and enhance day-to-day performance.

The course is especially beneficial for professionals who regularly work with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams and are seeking practical, non-technical AI skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace.

Why You Should Attend

Microsoft Copilot is rapidly changing the way organizations create documents, analyze information, prepare presentations, summarize meetings, manage email, and collaborate across teams. Government professionals are increasingly expected to understand how AI-enabled workplace tools can improve efficiency while still maintaining compliance, accuracy, and professional oversight.

In this course, you will learn how to use Microsoft Copilot responsibly and effectively within common government work environments. The course focuses on practical, real-world applications that help participants save time, improve communication, organize information, and enhance decision-making without requiring technical expertise.

Participants will also learn how to evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify limitations and risks, and apply human judgment to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with organizational standards.

Our AI courses are platform-neutral and tool-independent. While this course emphasizes Microsoft Copilot, the concepts and prompting techniques taught are transferable to other commercially available AI systems and workplace productivity tools.
