  • Compose and Send E-mails – work with the navigation panel and with folders, specify message options, receive and sort messages, check spelling, insert hyper links, attach files to a message, find messages, explore the folder list, use Outlook Web Access, etc.

  • Use the Address Book – add new entries, search and edit entries, create a distribution list, etc.

  • Use the Contact List – add a contact, edit and delete contacts, map a contact’s internet address, action menus, etc.

  • Use the Calendar – schedule appointments, edit and reschedule appointments, view the calendar, schedule an event, set reminders, color-code appointments, view the Task Pad, etc.

  • Other Topics - using the journal, advanced e-mail features, organizing and finding information, and collaborating with other users.
