- Communicate more assertively without losing your sense of who you are.
- Communicate more effectively with virtually anyone, even difficult people.
- Learn to keep damaging emotions under control and out of your professional environment.
- Your Office Image – Image may not be everything, but it is important. Learn step-by-step how to enhance your image.
- Your Success Toolbox - Discuss career planning objectives for 2010 and strategies for upward mobility.
- Determine exactly where you want to go and how to get there.
- Learn how black women can help each other succeed.
- Discuss practical solutions for issues facing black women in the workforce.
This training will energize and invigorate you, giving you new ideas and strategies to help you succeed in your career. Our dynamic instructor will discuss specific tips to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with other successful black women, which will be valuable to you long after the training has ended.
