All students should take our Microsoft Excel 2007: Level 1 class first, unless you have intermediate level Excel skills.
- Produce and link multiple spreadsheets.
- Practice with drop down lists, formatting, conditional formatting, linking, and embedding.
- See how to do data analysis with Pivot Tables.
- Use enhanced charting facilities, advanced functions, formulas, and long formulas.
- Learn to use Excel as a database.
- Create a formula with several operators and cell ranges.
- Create and use range names.
- Select nonadjacent cell ranges.
- Use the AutoCalculate feature.
- Create a conditional formula with the IF function.
- Display and print formulas in a worksheet.
- Identify and fix formula errors.
- Learn advanced functions for Graphs and Charts.
- Format a Data Series and Chart Axis.
- Add headers, footers, and page numbers to a worksheet.
- Reference external data sources.
- Adjust the margins, page size and orientation, and print scale.
- Protect and hide a worksheet.
- Save a “reader friendly” Custom View.
- Create and use templates.
- Add records to a list using a Data Form.
- Hands-on exercises with time set aside to practice what you have learned.
Our training features a two-instructor approach to maximize learning and allow for more “hands-on” practice. You also receive a copy of How to Do Everything with Microsoft Office Excel 2007 - a 400+ page, user-friendly manual.
